Light
Duty:
First
in the light duty line are the flat #309, #314 and the flanged
#308 wheels, available in several configurations. All are
molded from engineered resin for durability. Mallards
#314 wheel has a larger diameter for improved rollability.
Nickel plated steel axles hold the wheels in 20 gauge LDE
(1) rails, or LDC (2) rails. Rails may be produced
up to 20, and spliced for longer runs.
Mallard
is offering two new light duty innovations, Econo-flo and
Adjust-A-Track. Econo-flo will handle your light duty carton
flow needs, at an unbelievable price, without sacrificing
quality. Adjust-A-Track mounts directly to the rack beams
and provides an adjustable interface for Econo-flo rails
and guide rails. Together with infinitely adjustable racking,
they make an extremely versatile system, not only vertically,
but horizontally!

Medium
Duty:
The
#300 and #310 wheels are made from molded engineered resin.
The #300 patented flanged roller design helps to keep your
product on the right track. Skate wheels are designated
#335 (50 lb capacity), and #328 (100 lb capacity). Steel
rollers are offered as #s 379, 380, 384, and 385,
for loads up to 200 lbs.
All
of the medium duty wheels fit into the #10 channel (2)
and #20 channel (3-13/16). Roll formed 17 gauge galvanized
steel is used for the channels. Holes for the ¼
or 5/16 nickel plated steel axles are punched on 1-1/2
centers.
