308/309 Configuration

Flanged ABS Roller

Flat ABS Roller
• Flat roller, ideal for center rail support • Removable, high strength, nickel plated steel axles • The roller is fit into a sturdy, 20 gauge galvanized steel channel • Close 1 1/2" centers Larger Diameter equals more surface for better rollability • Roller centers as close as 1 1/2" for smooth flowablity • Each wheel can easily be replaced, no need to replace entire rails • 15 lb. per wheel capacity • 314 Rollers can be easily replaced
Channel and Axles
Channel - 20 Gauge Galvanized Steel	Nickel Plated Steel Axles
• LDE and LDC channel are available in an length up to 20' continuous run. Rails may be spliced together for applications requiring longer runs. • The sturdy 20 gauge galvanized steel LDE and LDC channel is punched on 1-1/2" centers for roller centers of 1-1/2", 3", 4-1/2", and 6" centers • Individually replaceable axles • Patented channel design allows for easy roller replacement
