ABS / 6/6 Nylon / ESD
Mallard medium duty rollers are standard molded from ABS, but are also available in 6/6 nylon, and ESD material. • Patented flanged roller design separates product while guiding totes and cartons • #310 can be staggered on 1-1/2" centers • Large flowing surface • Durable / Impact Resistant • Straight side containers able to share common center rails
Steel
• Durable, galvanized steel increases protection form entry damage • Interchangeable with ABS rollers • Steel bearing constructed
Channel and Axles
Channel - 17 Gauge Galvanized Steel	Steel Axles Nickel plated 1/4" dia. for ABS and Steel Skatewheel Zinc plated 5/16" dia. for use with steel rollers.
• Channel is available in any length up to 20' continuous run -- Rails may be spliced together for applications requiring longer runs. • Roll formed 17 gauge galvanized steel channel has axle holes punched on 1-1/2" centers • Patented channel design allows for easy roller replacement
