A Typical Day at Mallard

My average day involves designing gravity flow systems – pallet flow and carton flow, using Inventor (3D CAD) and AutoCAD. I help our production team when they have complicated press brake and laser setups. I field many calls from clients and installers to help with installation questions. I also help our sales team with preliminary drawings.

While my official title at Mallard is Design Engineer I am known within my team as “The Guardian”.

  • My Family – my wife Mackenzie, our four kids: Deven, Madelyn, Charlotte, and Emmett.
  • I love to cook.
  • The Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Cubs.
  • My dog, Crowley.
  • Hunting and fishing.

Why Mallard

What I like most about working at Mallard is the ever-changing needs of our clients. I am always doing something different. There are many different designs that I am constantly working that are always challenging. I have been at Mallard for coming up on 10 years.
